Keep every pill, drop, and injection on a clear schedule. A friendly log so you always know who has been dosed today, plus a sheet you can hand to a sitter. No medical advice, just a tidy reminder.
- Per-pet schedules. Each animal gets their own list with their own times, or no schedule at all for as-needed medications.
- Quick dose-given tap. One tap on the Today screen marks a dose done.
- Handoff sheet. Prepare a sheet for the sitter covering only the days they have, review it, then share it.
- Schedule changes, dated. When the vet changes a dose, older records keep the instructions that were actually in effect.
- Refill nudges. Set a count when the bottle arrives. The app warns when supply is low.
- Calm history. A simple log per pet so the next vet visit has all the dates ready.

How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app, tap the gear icon for Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If the restore does not work, email us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your device's Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find Pet Medication Reminder and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions can only be cancelled through Apple.
Is my data backed up?
Entries are stored on your device, and cloud backup is optional. Open Settings, sign in with Apple, Google or your email address, then back up. Your records are encrypted on your phone before they are uploaded, with a key kept in your iCloud Keychain, so we cannot read a backup. Backing up is part of the paid subscription, on demand or automatically after changes; signing in and restoring an existing backup are free. Without a backup, deleting the app or losing your device means the data cannot be recovered.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings, tap Cloud Features, then tap Delete Account and confirm. The option shows while you are signed in. This deletes your Cairn account and every backup it holds, across all Cairn apps that share the account, and cannot be undone. Data on this phone stays until you delete the app. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account or its backups. If you never signed in, there is no account to delete. Deleting your account also deletes any household you own and everything shared in it.
Can I export my data?
Data export is free for everyone. Go to Settings » Export Data to save your records as a CSV file. Share the file via email, AirDrop, or any other method.
Why am I being charged?
All charges are processed by Apple. To check your subscriptions, open Settings and tap your name, then Subscriptions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
- Force-quit the app and reopen it.
- Restart your device.
- Check for the latest version in the App Store.
- If it still crashes, email us with your device model and iOS version.
