App: Pet Meds

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pet Meds ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a mobile utility application for iOS. It allows you to log, track, and view data related to pet medication scheduling and dose tracking. All data is stored locally on your device.

3. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the App. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server. We do not have access to your data.

You are responsible for backing up your device. If you delete the App or your device is lost or damaged, locally stored data cannot be recovered.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional in-app subscriptions that unlock additional features. All subscriptions are managed and processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly process any payments.

• Subscription terms (pricing, duration, trial periods) are displayed in the App before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings » [Your Name] » Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
• Restoring purchases is available within the App's settings.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Your locally stored data remains on your device regardless of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of that state.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
