Your data stays on your device.
1. Data storage
All data you enter is stored locally on your device using SQLite. There is no cloud sync, no remote database, and no server-side storage. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
Deleting the app permanently removes your locally stored data. Because all data is local, deleting the app is also how you delete your data; there is no separate deletion request needed.
2. Personal information
The app does not require an account, login, email, or any form of personal identification. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII).
3. Analytics and crash reporting
The app does not currently use any analytics or crash-reporting services. No usage events, screen views, or crash logs leave your device.
This may change in a future version. If we add anonymous analytics or crash reporting, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before the change takes effect.
4. Subscriptions and payments
In-app subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. The app uses the RevenueCat SDK to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and subscription status from Apple. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details.

5. Third-party advertising
The app does not display any third-party advertisements. We do not use ad networks or tracking pixels.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The only external services that receive any data from the app are:
- RevenueCat: anonymous subscription status (see Section 4)
- Apple: subscription payment processing (see Section 4)
None of these services receive personally identifiable information from the app.
For California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
7. Children's privacy (COPPA)
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the app, please contact us at cairnappsstudio@gmail.com and we will take steps to address the concern.
8. Data retention
Because all user data is stored locally on your device, we do not retain any of your data on any server. Deleting the app from your device permanently removes your data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
